Booking Troubleshooting

IF YOU'VE PURCHASED A PACKAGE BUT DON'T SEE IT IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
This usually comes up when payment is not successfully processed or when you select In Person or Onsite as your payment option. If you select Person/Onsite when booking, you need to contact us and pay the amount in person. Only once it's paid will the package show up on your account. If you'd like to bypass all of this, select the Stripe or Credit Card payment option. If you've signed up through In Person/Onsite payment and want to pay by card, please go through the booking flow again and contact us to let us know so we can remove the In Person package from your account.

FAMILY REGISTRATIONS - MONTHLY
Bring Someone option does not work for monthly option in Amelia to register for monthly options. Must have separate emails for each client registering.

WHAT ABOUT GST?

BLANK BLUE SCREEN FOR VIDEOS:

Double check if you accepted the cookies/pop up at the bottom. You can access it through the fingerprint icon at the bottom left. It could be that vimeo/youtube are blocked by these settings for you.
