Built as an in-depth collaboration on a solid foundation of extensive expertise in Athletic Development (Darcie) and Irish Dance (Nora), this periodized method of training breaks everything down to a daily schedule of preparations such as strength and conditioning, dance training, self-care, nutrition, rest/recovery, mindset training and much more leading up to your big stage day.
When following this program in detail, Improvements will be notable in overall athletic performance including full body strength, flexibility, power, endurance, speed, elevation of all jumps, stability, control, turnout, extension, posture, crossing, points and much more.
