  • Drawing on her deep knowledge of anatomy, Nora immediately identified my kids focal weaknesses and used custom-designed strengthening to correct them - starting on day 1 of the training. My kids began training with Nora and Darcie during COVID lockdown, and by the time we were able to return to competing, my irish dance prelim champ was immediately placing in feis' and my equestrian ultimately won reserve champion in a local horse show series. We had tried other fitness trainers but no-one was successful in keeping my dreamy 10-year-old engaged in a fitness class

  • Darcie has been instrumental in developing my skills as a hockey player and in general fitness. I still remember one of my first classes, thinking I was in great shape...until I had to do balance drills...speed drills...and core. Doing my "bro lifting" sure made me LOOK good but it didn't result in better performance on the ice. After seeing Darcie 3 times a week to work on all those little muscles we bros tend to ignore, I found myself more agile and more explosive on my skates. With Darcie's training I am getting faster and better into my 30's instead of slowly fading away from my glory days.

Nora Pickett

As both a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Irish dance instructor, Nora facilitates growth, strength and leadership in youth and adults through empowerment. With her extensive background in Irish dancing, Nora brings high energy, experience, knowledge and FUN to each and every challenging training session. From Irish dancers to elite athletes to people who just want to get fit, Nora empowers others to discover their own power and greatness.

Darcie Klatt

Darcie is a dedicated Certified High-Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach that inspires others with high energy to completely transform their overall fitness. She specializes in a wide variety of fitness areas including power, speed, strength, stability, agility, functional movement, muscular imbalances, flexibility and nutrition. Her passion for sports and elite athletic performance is infectious with all her clients.

Fit2Excel Development Camps

Our specialized and intensive Athletic Development Camps are a favourite among our Coaches and athletes alike. In our intensive 1-4 day camps, we collaborate closely to bridge the gap between the athlete's chosen sport and our Athletic Development Program to elevate their sport while gaining physical literacy. We stoke each athlete’s fire to effectively bring their new strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility, increased toe height, stability, etc into their dancing and/or sport!
